Trust Fall

Ethan, an aspiring researcher at the pharmaceutical firm Neurix, is taken hostage by a group of enigmatic gangsters while heading home from work. Taken away without understanding the reason, he confronts the gang’s leader, Ramon, who has one simple demand: that Ethan create “Exedrin,” the potent drug he was in the process of developing. In a flash, Ethan becomes the gang’s drug producer. Seizing the chance, he tries to flee—only to find himself facing a gun. Just as the trigger is about to be pulled, an unknown figure appears out of thin air and rescues him— “So you’re the one who made Exedrin?”
